We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Damaged Items:
If your biscuits arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Quality Issues:
If you're not satisfied with the quality, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Change of Mind:
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
International Orders:
Return shipping costs for international orders are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days and returned to your original payment method in the currency charged.
